Women’s Cross Country Update #5

Providence, RI--Head Coach Kevin Jackson’s team competed at the James Early Invitational and finished 21st (26 teams) with a score of 551. Trinity College won the event with a score of 63.

 

Freshman Kim Cadden (Warwick, RI) finished 84th with a time of 25:09.

 

Freshman Bridget Hjerpe (Cranston, RI) finished 148th with a time of 26:36.

 

Junior Rebecca Horton (Seekonk, MA) placed 152nd with a time of 26:45.

 

Junior Michele Dunphy (Cranston, RI) placed 179th with a time of 27:57.

 

Sophomore Amanda Amend (West Warwick, RI) finished 184th with a time of 28:03.

 

Freshman Temitayo Adenodi (Woonsocket, RI) finished 263rd with a time of 35:21

 

In upcoming action, RIC will compete at the LEC/MASCAC Alliance Championship, hosted by Keene State, on Nov. 2.
