MANN LEADS MENíS CROSS COUNTRY
AS RIC PLACES 33rd AT N.E. NCAA QUALIFIER

 

Williamstown, MAóThe Rhode Island College menís cross country team wrapped up the 2008 season, placing 33rd (49 teams) with a score of 986 at the New England NCAA Div. III Qualifier, hosted by Williams on Saturday afternoon. The Ephs won the meet with a score of 36.

 

 

 

Freshman Kyle Mann (West Warwick, RI) was RICís top runner, placing 137th with a time of 29:04.6.

Freshman Andy Danesi (Johnston, RI) placed 159th with a time of 29:31.4. Freshman Ethan Leary (Newport, RI) placed 189th with a time of 30:07.8. Senior Hunter Stewart (Johnston, RI) placed 247th with a time of 32:04.9. Junior Chris Farrell (Cumberland, RI) placed 274th with a time of 33:26.4. Freshman Chris Usler (Warwick, RI) placed 301st with a time of 35:01.3.
