AT COAST GUARD

New London, CTóThe Rhode Island College menís soccer team lost in their season-opener, 1-0, at Coast Guard on Tuesday night. The Anchormen fall to 0-1, while the Bears improve to 1-0.

Coast Guard sophomore Walter Walker scored the only goal of the game in the 47th minute. He took a cross from classmate Anthony Bareno and scored just 1:28 into the second half as the Bears, who lost seven starters from the last yearís team that won the ECAC Div.
