FORD LEADS MEN'S GOLF TO THE PROGRAM'S HIGHEST FINISH EVER
AT NEW ENGLAND CHAMPIONSHIPS

Brewster, Mass.-Sophomore Patrick Ford (Halifax, MA) tied for 12th place with a 77 (+5) to lead Rhode Island College to the highest finish in program history at the 2012 New England Intercollegiate Golf Association (NEIGA) Championships played at the Captains Course.

The tournament had originally been scheduled as a two-day, 36-hole competition, but the impending arrival of Hurricane Sandy forced a reduction to a one-day, 18-hole tourney.
