Fifteen Rhode Island College
Student-Athletes Named to Little East Conference Fall All-Academic Team

Providence, RIóThe Little East Conference office recently announced the honorees for the Fall All-Academic teams for the 2012 season and 15 Rhode Island College student-athletes were selected.

 

Student-athletes earned recognition on the all-academic teams based on the following criteria: at least a sophomore in academic and athletic standing and a minimum cumulative grade point average of a 3.3. The conference office honored student-athletes in the following sports: menís & womenís cross country, field hockey, menís and womenís soccer, womenís tennis and womenís volleyball

 

The following student-athletes were recognized:

 

MENíS CROSS COUNTRY: Junior Tom DeCristofaro (Smithfield, RI), senior Conor McCloskey (Wakefield, RI) and junior Cameron Richer (Woonsocket, RI).

 

WOMENíS CROSS COUNTRY: Senior Allyson Bejma (Pawtucket, RI).

 

MENíS SOCCER: Sophomore Emmanuel Asiedu (Lincoln, RI), sophomore David Ricci (Smithfield, RI).

 

WOMENíS SOCCER: Junior Lauren Bartlett (Coventry, RI), senior Sarah Fagan (West Kingston, RI), junior Johnna Magiera (Coventry, RI), sophomore Audrey Maia (Norton, MA), junior Sam Nolte (Cranston, RI), sophomore Jenna Pareí (Tiverton, RI), sophomore Danielle Peloquin (Pawtucket, RI) and sophomore Harmony Tillison (Cranston, RI).

 

WOMENíS TENNIS: Sophomore Gianna Vallante (Coventry, RI)
