COLE & NICOLL PICK UP WINS VS. DIV. I BROWN

Providence, R.I.-Freshman 141 lbs. Ricondo Cole (Cranston, RI) and junior 285 lbs. Brian Nicoll (Plaistow, NH) each won both of their matches as Rhode Island College fell to Div. I Brown, 40-6, on Sunday afternoon at the Pizzitola Center.

RIC (5-12) was forced to surrender five weight classes due to injury and illness, which gave the Bears 30 points. Cole picked up a 6-3 decision in the match's third bout and Nicoll capped the afternoon with a 4-0 shutout. Since there were only five matches, it did not count as an official dual match and the Anchormen were not charged with a team loss.
