DORSEY LEADS ANCHORWOMEN TRACK
AT WESLEYAN INVITATIONAL

Middletown, Conn.-Freshman Jaimee Dorsey (East Greenwich, RI) finished first in the 400m (58.29) and as part of the 4x400m relay (4:05.10) as the Rhode Island College women's indoor track and field team saw action at the Wesleyan Invitational on Saturday afternoon.

 

Dorsey teamed up with junior Natasha Miller (Wakefield, RI), sophomore Daria Braboy (Providence, RI) and freshman Florraine Lapotry (Cumberland, RI) for the outstanding relay performance.

 

Braboy also finished first in the triple jump (10.93m) and second in the 400m (59.04).

Miller finished fourth in the 400m (1:03.25).

 

Freshman Autumn Wosencroft (Newport, RI) finished fifth in the 200m (27.21), seventh in the triple jump (9.74m) and fifth in the long jump (4.67m).

 

In upcoming action, Rhode Island College will compete at the Boston University Invitational on Friday, Jan. 25.
