RICHER ANCHORS MENíS CROSS COUNTRY TO 22nd PLACE FINISH AT JAMES EARLEY INVITATIONAL

Westfield, Mass.-Senior Cameron Richer (Woonsocket, RI) finished 88th (347 runners) with a time of 28:24.05 to anchor the Rhode Island College menís cross country team at the James Earley Invitational, hosted by Westfield State on Saturday.

 

The Anchormen finished 22nd (35 teams) after recording a score of 642. Westfield State won the meet with a score of 77.

Sophomore Brandon Paulino (Bristol, RI) finished 113th overall with a time of 28:56.47, while senior Tom DeCristofaro (Smithfield, RI) followed with a 126th place finish and a time of 29:12.40.

 

Freshman Justin Lucier (Attleboro, MA) placed 247th with a time of 32:02.61, while junior Nicholas Longolucco (Bradford, RI) finished 285th with a time of 33:52.30.

 

In upcoming action, Rhode Island College competes at the Western New England Invitational on Saturday, Oct, 19 (10:30 a.m.).
