CARROLL LEADS RIC MENíS CROSS COUNTRY
AT 2014 N.E. ALLIANCE CHAMPIONSHIPS

Williamstown, Mass.-Freshman Jack Carroll (Cumberland, RI) finished 87th (177 runners) with a time of 30:41.47 to lead the Rhode Island College menís cross country team at the 2014 New England Alliance Menís Cross Country Championships hosted by MCLA at the Mt. Greylock Course on Saturday afternoon.

 

The Anchormen did not score as a team. Keene State claimed both the N.E. Alliance Championship and the Little East Conference crown with scores of 40 and 24, respectively.

Senior Brian Quigley (Providence, RI) finished 139th with a time of 32:51.92.

 

Senior Craig Amado (Providence, RI) placed 150th with a time 34:01.31. Senior Nicholas Longolucco (Bradford, RI) finished 159th with a time of 34:52.57.

 

In upcoming action, Rhode Island College will compete at the 2014 N.E. Div. III Regional Championships, hosted by Williams on Saturday, Nov. 15.
