RHODE ISLAND COLLEGE PLACES 17 ON
2014 LITTLE EAST CONFERENCE
FALL ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM

Providence, R.I.-Rhode Island College placed 17 student-athletes on the 2014 Little East Conference Fall All-Academic Team.

 

Student-athletes earned recognition on the all-academic teams based on the following criteria: at least a sophomore in academic and athletic standing and a minimum cumulative grade point average of a 3.3. The conference office honored student-athletes in the following sports: menís and womenís cross country, menís and womenís soccer, womenís tennis and volleyball.

 

The following student-athletes were recognized:

 

Womenís Cross Country: Senior Jenna Pare (Tiverton, RI) and sophomore Abigail Dandurand (Hope Valley, RI).

 

Menís Soccer: Senior Emmanuel Asiedu (Lincoln, RI), senior David Ricci (Smithfield, RI), senior Brian Sujecki (Pawcatuck, CT) and sophomore Tyler Kenyon (Exeter, RI).

 

Womenís Soccer: Senior Audrey Maia (Norton, MA) and senior Sam Nolte (Cranston, RI).

 

Womenís Tennis: Senior Chelsea Brown (Wallingford, CT), junior Sadie Campanella (Chepachet, RI), junior Tressa Cannata (Cranston, RI), sophomore Ashley Fochler (Coventry, RI), sophomore Jorgie Martin (Greenville, RI) and sophomore Noelle Tiberi (Smithfield, RI).

 

Womenís Volleyball: Junior Michelle Malboeuf (Cumberland, RI), junior Morgan Stewart (Willington, CT) and sophomore Nicole Thibodeau (Loxahatchee, FL).
