BRABOY LEADS ANCHORWOMEN AT
WESLEYAN INVITATIONAL

Middletown, Conn.-Senior Daria Braboy (Providence, RI) finished first in both the triple jump (11.14m) and the 600m (1:44.34) and third in the 60m (8.14) to pace the Rhode Island College women’s indoor track & field team at the Wesleyan  Invitational on Saturday.

 

This was an individual meet with no team scoring.

Junior Autumn Wosencroft (Newport, RI) finished first in the 60m (8.09) and also took home top honors in the long jump (5.07m).

 

Sophomore Allison Lomas (Saunderstown, RI) placed fourth in the 800m (2:34.32). Freshman Alicia Holloway (Providence, RI) placed first in the 60m (9.77), second in the 400m (1:04.08) and first in the high jump (1.47m).

 

Sophomore Abigail Dandurand (Hope Valley, RI) placed 13th in the 800m (2:49.17).

 

In upcoming action, Rhode Island College will compete at the Boston University Invitational on Friday, Jan. 30.
