BRABOY PACES ANCHORWOMEN AT
JAY CARISELLA INVITATIONAL

Roxbury, Mass.-Senior Daria Braboy (Providence, RI) finished third in the triple jump (11.07m) and seventh in the 400m (59.43) for the Rhode Island College women’s indoor track & field team at the 2014 Jay Carisella Invitational hosted by Northeastern University at the Reggie Lewis Center on Saturday afternoon.  

 

It was an individual meet with no team scoring.

 

Junior Autumn Wosencroft (Newport, RI) finished fifth in the long jump (5.36m) and sixth in the 200m (26.17).

 

Sophomore Allison Lomas (Saunderstown, RI) placed fifth in the 800m (2:29.10).

Freshman Alicia Holloway (Providence, RI) placed 12th in the 60m hurdles with a program-record effort (9.51). She also placed 22nd in the 200m (27.01).

 

Sophomore Abigail Dandurand (Hope Valley, RI) placed 13th in the 800m (2:49.17).

 

In upcoming action, Rhode Island College will compete at the Yale Invitational on Saturday, Jan. 10.
