CILLEY AND ANCHORMEN FINISH THIRD
AT RICH KORZEC INVITATIONAL

Sutton, Mass.-The Rhode Island College menís golf team notched a third place (seven teams) finish at the Rich Korzec Invitational, hosted by Worcester State at the Blackstone National Golf Club on Tuesday. RIC finished with a team score of 324, while Western New England took home the team title with a score of 307.

 

RIC was led by junior Austin Cilley (Westerly, RI), who finished in third place with a 77. Freshman Nathan Peterson (Conway, MA) was tied for 14th with an 81. Senior John Roderick (Hope, RI) tied for 18th place (82).

Sophomore Mike Caparco (Johnston, RI) and freshman Connor Fillmore (Killingly, CT) finished in a tie for 23rd place 84.

 

In upcoming action, Rhode Island College will  host the RIC Spring Invitational at Valley Country Club in Warwick on Friday, April 14
