Ceprano and Williamson to Captain Rhode Island College Men’s Soccer
 

Providence, RI—Rhode Island College senior Pete Ceprano (Hope, RI) and junior James Williamson (North Kingstown, RI) will captain the men’s soccer team for the 2001 season.

As a junior midfielder in 2000, Ceprano played in 20 games, starting 19 of them. He had three goals and four assists for ten points on the season. He was fourth on the club in points, third in assists and tied for third in goals.

He is a physical education major and a 1998 graduate of Scituate High School.

As a sophomore back in 2000, Williamson played in 15 games, starting 14 of them. He had two assists for two points.

He is a physical education/health major and a 1997 graduate of North Kingstown High School.

The Anchormen are currently 0-2, having lost to William Paterson (2-0) on Aug. 31 and to Montclair State (3-2) on Sept. 1. RIC will play at Johnson & Wales University on Wednesday, Sept. 5 at 7 p.m.
