CARNEY LEADS RIC AS MENíS CROSS COUNTRY WRAPS UP 2015 SEASON AT N.E. CHAMPIONSHIPS

New London, Conn.--Rhode Island College sophomore Jonathan Carney (Bristol, RI) finished 287th (380 runners) with a time of 29:25.6 to lead the Rhode Island College menís cross country team at the New England Div. III Menís Cross Country Championship hosted by Connecticut College on Saturday morning.

 

It was the final meet of the season for the Anchormen. RIC finished 52nd (55 teams) with a score 1,644. Williams won the meet with a score 67.

Freshman Anthony Ricci (Ashford, CT) placed 316th (30:11.0). Freshman Destin Bibemi (Providence, RI) finished 351st (31:38.3).

 

Freshman Jeff Garson (Cumberland, RI) finished 355th (31:53.5) and senior Nate Mann (Cumberland, RI) placed 362nd (32:41.5).
