The Rhode Island College 4x100m relay team, comprised of sophomore Jacklyn Xavier (Cumberland, RI), junior Eleni Grammas (Cranston, RI), junior Nicole Grammas (Cranston, RI) and sophomore Emma Landroche (Warwick, RI), earned National Runner-Up and All-American honors as they notched a second place finish (46.82; new program record) in the finals at the 2018 NCAA Div. III Women's Outdoor Track & Field National Championship at Roger Herring Field on Saturday.
The Anchorwomen, represented by six standout student-athletes, finished with eight points for the championship, which was good for a 34th place finish (145 teams).

Senior Destinee Barrette (Warwick, RI), competing in her fourth NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championship, registered a 13th place finish (52.03m) in the hammer.
Freshman Chelsea Yang (Warwick, RI) finished in 19th place (48.98m) in the hammer.
