Boston, Mass.—Rhode Island College dominated the weight throw event, taking the top three spots and four of the top six, as the women's indoor track & field team opened the 2019-20 season at the Emmanuel Indoor Opener on Saturday afternoon.

• Junior Chelsea Yang (Warwick, RI) finished first in the weight throw (17.99m).
• Graduate Oluwafunmibi Yusuff (Providence, RI) placed second in the weight throw (15.12m) and sixth in the shot (11.18m).
• Sophomore Georgerinna Farley (Providence, RI) finished third in the weight throw (14.35m).
• Senior Jamie Dobson (Bradford, RI) placed sixth in the weight throw (12.93m). Freshman Venecia Mills (Providence, RI) finished ninth in the weight throw (12.53m).
• Freshman Allison Raposo (Cumberland, RI) placed second in the 1,000m (3:16.09).
• Sophomore Trinity Hayes (Providence, RI) placed third in the 200m (26.71) and eighth in the 400m (1:03.48).
• Junior Bryana Mullin (Warwick, RI) placed fourth in the 800m (2:39.59). Senior Chevell Burgess (Providence, RI) finished fourth in the triple jump (10.24m) and 22nd in the 60m hurdles (10.58).
• Freshman Katheryn Biliouris (West Warwick, RI) placed 11th in the 60m (8.34) and 17th in the 200m (27.50).
• Freshman Alissiana Folco (Woonsocket, RI) finished eighth in the 60m hurdles (9.79) and 37th in the 200m (28.63).
• Freshman Dulcinea Burgo (Central Falls, RI) placed 10th in the long jump (4.13m) and 29th in the 200m (28.24).
• Freshman Ashleigh Wryostek (Seekonk, MA) finished 12th in the shot (10.21m).
