• After falling behind, 8-0, RIC freshman Nathan Lackman (Wernersville, PA) pulled the Anchormen within four with a major decision at 141 lbs.
• The Cardinals increased their advantage to 17-4 with a decision and a pin at the halfway point of the match.
• RIC picked up a forfeit at 165 lbs., while Wesleyan earned a pin at 174 lbs. to go up by 14, 23-9.
• Freshman Jett Tancsik (Centereach, NY) won a decision at 184 lbs. and junior Daniel Sblendorio (Mountainside, NJ) pulled the Anchormen within five points, 23-18, with a big pin at 197 lbs.
