Providence, R.I.—Junior Kelsey Gates (Orangeville, Pa.) established a new program record on floor, while sophomore Olivia Keyes (Bridgewater, Mass.) took first on bars, beam and in the all-around, as Rhode Island College defeated Springfield, 183.500-180.100, in National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) East women's gymnastics action held at The Murray Center on Sunday afternoon.

VAULT:  Springfield sophomore Annie Kiley (Taneytown, Md.) took first (9.425) and classmate Rae Schutz (Mays Landing, N.J.) finished second (9.375). RIC senior Alison Kleinebreil (Attleboro, Mass.) finished fourth (9.300)
