Dillon Carter (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) used a 13-point third period to win, 29-25, at 157 lbs. to pull RIC within five, 8-3.
• New England College registered a decision and a technical fall to increase their advantage, 16-3.
• Kelly and freshman 197 lbs.
Anthony Fernandez (Nashua, N.H.) picked up back-to-back first period pins to cut the deficit down to one point, 16-15.
• NEC notched a technical fall win before junior 125 lbs.
Fred Luchs (Belford, N.J.) won, 12-2, with a major decision to make it a two-point match, 21-19, and set up a decisive final bout.
• NEC graduate 133 lbs.
Chris DeRosa (Billerica, Mass.) used a second period takedown and an 11-point third period to secure a major win and seal the match for the Pilgrims.
