Plymouth, N.H.—Seniors Fred Luchs (Belford, N.J.) and Matthew Kelly (Katonah, N.Y.) each picked up a pair of wins as Rhode Island College went 1-2 at the annual Little East Quad, hosted by Plymouth State on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• The Anchormen opened the day with losses to the Spartans and Huskies, ranked No. 5 and 10 in the nation, respectively, before closing out the afternoon with a dominant win over the Panthers. Castleton's lineup sported three wrestlers ranked in the top 10 nationally, while USM dressed a pair of nationally-ranked grapplers.
 
• Luchs went 2-1 with a pin and a technical fall win at 125 lbs.
 
• Kelly went 2-0 with a decision and a pin at 197 lbs.
 
• Junior Juan Rodriguez (Dix Hills, N.Y.) earned a decision win for his first victory of the season.
 
• The Anchormen are currently 8-6 on the season.
