Providence, R.I.—Rhode Island College freshman forward Kody Poplaski (Bradford, R.I.) was named the Little East Men's Soccer Co-Rookie of the Week for his performance in a 1-0-1 week for the Anchormen.
Poplaski scored twice as the Anchormen downed VTSU Castleton, 4-1, in conference action on Oct. 25.
For the season, he has played in 13 games. Poplaski has three goals for six points on the season.
Head Coach Kyle Froberg's team is 3-7-6 overall and 1-3-3 in the Little East.
In upcoming action, Rhode Island College will close out the regular season at home vs. Eastern Connecticut on Wednesday, Oct. 29 (4 p.m.).
