Haley Oliver (Coventry, R.I.) earned All-New England and All-Region honors as Rhode Island College competed at the 2025 NCAA Div. III Mideast Region Cross Country Championship, hosted by Saint Lawrence on Saturday afternoon.
THE BASICS
• RIC finished 21st (25 teams) with a team score of 604. Williams won the meet with a team score of 39.
• There were 185 runners who competed in the race, which was a 6k.
HOW IT HAPPENED
• Oliver finished 19th (22:35.30) earning All-New England and All-Mideast honors for the second consecutive season.
• Freshman
Morgan Gonsalves (Dartmouth, Mass.) finished 141st (27:03.00).
• Sophomore
Grace Lane (North Smithfield, R.I.) finished 162nd (28:23.40).
• Freshman
Kathryn Patalano (Riverside, R.I.) finished 157th (28:08.80).
• Sophomore
Stephanie Sican Velez (Pawtucket, R.I.) finished 170th (29:43.80).
