Springfield, Mass.--Senior Brandon Mota (West Warwick, R.I.), junior Enrique Edjang (Providence, R.I.) and sophomore Jack McEntee (Foster, R.I.) each earned All-New England honors as the Rhode Island College men's track and field team tied for 18th at the 2026 N.E. Div. III Championships, hosted by Springfield on Saturday.
 
THE BASICS
• The Anchormen finished tied for 18^th place (35 teams) with a team score of 15.0. WPI took home the New England title with 115.0 team points.
 
THE TOP PERFORMERS
• McEntee earned All-New England honors with a third place finish in the 400m hurdles (54.03) and finished 16th in the 4x100m relay (43.80).
 
• Mota earned All-New England honors with a fourth place finish in the hammer (53.62m).
 
• Edjang earned All-New England honors with a fifth place finish in the hammer (53.44m).
 
THE REST OF THE FIELD
• Senior Loudon Chupas (Colchester, Conn.) finished tied for ninth in both the high jump (1.87m) and in the javelin (52.00m).
 
• Freshman Marcos Ruiz Uben (Westerly, R.I.) finished 10th in the 110m preliminaries (15.13) and 16th in the 4x100m relay (43.80).
 
• Senior Shamus Culhane (North Kingstown, R.I.) finished ninth in the hammer (51.09m).
 
• Junior Andrew Frezza (Johnston, R.I.) finished 14th in the 10,000m (33:22.37).
 
• Junior Trevor Morgan (Smithfield, R.I.) finished 14th in the hammer (47.19m).
 
• Senior Izaiah Karweh (Providence, R.I.) finished 16th in the 4x100m relay (43.80).
 
• Senior Isiah Briggs (Providence, R.I.) finished 16th in the 4x100m relay (43.80).
 
• Freshman Christian Briggs (West Warwick, R.I.) finished 16th in the hammer (45.07m).

• Sophomore Owen Schenck (Warren, R.I.) finished 21st in the 800m (1:59.58).
