• The Anchorwomen swept doubles to take the match's first point. Hadlock and junior
Arianna DeThomas (Providence, R.I.) won, 6-2, at second doubles to stake the hosts to a 1-0 advantage.

Faith Owren (Richmond, R.I.) won at fourth singles and senior
Ivy Par (Pawtucket, R.I.) took home a point at sixth singles to give the Anchorwomen a 3-0 lead.
• Hadlock won (6-3, 6-4) at fifth singles to lead the Anchorwomen to their second consecutive win and fourth shutout of the year.
