Outdoor Track & Field (2024): Named the Little East Women’s Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year...earned All-NEICAAA honors with a seventh place finish in the 5,000m (17:27.67) at the NEICAAA Championship on May 10...claimed the New England Championship and earned All-New England honor with a first place finish in the 10,000m (36:21.78) at the N.E. Div. III Championships on May 3...earned First Team All-Little East honors with first place finishes in the 1,500m (4:48.02) and the 5,000m (18:15.25) at the Little East Championship on April 27...earned Third Team All-Little East honors with a third place finish in the 800m (2:27.38) and was fourth as part of the 4x400m relay (4:36.39)....placed second in the 1,500m (4:48.23) and 19^th in the 800m (2:26.14) at the Sean Collier Invitational on April 20...took home first in the 5,000m (17:39.39) at the Penmen Relays on April 13...finished seventh in the 1,500m (4:53.25) and eighth in the 800m (2:29.72) at the Coast Guard Spring Invitational on April 6...placed third in the 10,000m (37:04.83) and 11^th in the 1,500m (4:48.72) at the Bryant Black and Gold Invitational on March 30...named the Little East Track Athlete of the Week once on the season.

Indoor Track & Field (2023-24): Named the Little East Women’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Year...placed 14^th in the 800m (2:21.15) at the NEICAAA Championship on March 1...finished 12^th in the mile (5:07.26) at the N.E. Div. III Championship on Feb. 25...won two individual titles and earned four All-Little East awards at the Little East Championship on Feb 17...earned First Team All-Little East honors with first place performances in both the mile (5:18.82) and the 3,000m (10:49.45)...earned Third Team All-Little East honors with third place finishes in both the 800m (2:26.48) and as a part of the 4x400m relay (4:27.05)...placed 227^th in the mile (5:08.79) and 206^th in the 800m (2:19.62) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational on Feb. 9...finished first in both the 600m (1:46.21) and the 4x400m relay (4:25.33) and placed second in the mile (5:13.66) at the Coast Guard Winter Invitational on Feb. 2...placed 111^th in the 800m (2:24.56) at the John Thomas Terrier Classic on Jan. 27...finished sixth in the 3,000m (10:29.45) at the URI Invitational on Jan. 20...finished first in both the 1,000m (3:11.19) and the mile (5:23.59) at the Tufts Jumbo Invitational on Jan 13....finished first in the 3,000m (10:17.89) at the Beacons Season Opener on Dec. 10...finished first in both the mile (5:17.02) and the 1,000m (3:12.70) and fourth in the 4x400m relay (4:35.57) at the Springfield Season Opener on Dec. 2...named the Little East Track Athlete of the Week once and to the Little East Relay Team of the Week once on the season.

Outdoor Track & Field (2023): Earned All-NEICAAA honors with a fifth place finish in the 10,000m (37:34.21) at the NEICAAA Championship on May 13...earned All-New England honors with a four place finish in the 5,000m (18:04.78) at the N.E. Div. III Championship on May 6...was the Little East Champion and earned First Team All-Little East and Little East All-Rookie honors with first place finishes in the 1,500m (4:52.20) and in the 5,000m (18:31.18), while also placing third in the 800m (2:29.13) at the Little East Championship on April 29... finished ninth in the 1,500m (4:56.57) and 12^th in the 800m (2:27.69) at the Sean Collier Invitational on April 22...finished ninth in the 5,000m (18:27.16) at the Silfen Invitational on April 15...finished fifth in the 1,500m (4:55.50) and eighth in the 800m (2:28.00) at the Coast Guard Spring Invitational on April 8...finished fifth in the 10,000m (38:22.39) and 48^th in the 1,500m (5:01.59) at Bryant's Black and Gold Invitational on April 2.

III Championship on Feb. 25-26...earned Second Team All-Little East honors in the 800m (2:29.67), 3,000m (10:50.69) and the mile (5:23.79) with second place finishes at the Little East Championship on Feb. 18...finished 260^th in the mile (5:19.82) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational on Feb. 10...finished 22^nd in the mile (5:22.24) at the NEICAAA Championship on Feb. 3..finished 69^th in the 800m (2:27.26) and 96^th in the mile (5:18.78) at the John Thomas Terrier Classic on Jan. 28....finished 14^th in the 800m (2:30.02) and 21^st in the mile (5:28.22) at the URI Invitational on Jan. 21...finished third in the 3,000m (10:46.41) and eighth in the 1,000m (3:23.63) at the Jumbo Invitational on Jan. 14...finished fifth in the mile (5:22.55) and 12^th in the 3,000m (10:59.10) at the Beacon Invitational on Dec. 10... finished first in both the 1,000m (3:18.06) and the mile (5:33.07) at the Springfield Season Opener on Dec. 3.
