Senior shortstop
Rommy Morel (Providence, R.I.) wrapped up his career playing in 146 games, starting 143 of them. He posted a .279 career batting average (141-for-505) with 81 runs scored, 141 hits, 22 doubles, one home run, 71 RBI and five stolen bases. He owned a .329 slugging percentage, a .374 on-base percentage and a .929 fielding percentage.
As a senior in 2021, Morel played in 26 games, starting 23 of them. He batted .224 (15-for-67) with nine runs scored, 15 hits, one double, 10 RBI and one stolen base. Morel owned a .239 slugging percentage, .321 on-base percentage and a .908 fielding percentage.
In 2020, Morel played in eight games, starting all of them. He batted .464 (13-for-28) with seven runs scored, 13 hits, four doubles and eight RBI. Morel owned a .607 slugging percentage, a .500 on-base percentage and a 1.000 fielding percentage.
As a junior in 2019, Morel played in 41 games, starting all of them. He batted .264 (38-for-144) with 23 runs scored, 38 hits, 10 doubles, one home run and 28 RBI. Morel owned a .354 slugging percentage, .376 on-base percentage and .934 fielding percentage.
As a sophomore in 2018, Morel played in 35 games, starting all of them. He batted .256 (33-for-129) with 25 runs scored, 33 hits, four doubles, 14 RBI and three stolen bases. Morel owned a .287 slugging percentage, a .366 on-base percentage and a .933 fielding percentage.
As a freshman in 2017, Morel played in 36 games, starting all of them. He batted .307 (42-for-137) with 42 hits, 17 runs scored, three doubles, 11 RBI and one stolen base. Morel owned a .328 slugging percentage, a .379 on-base percentage and a .920 fielding percentage.
He is a criminal justice major with a minor in coaching and a 2016 graduate of Central High School.
Senior pitcher
Tyler Shemick (Foster, R.I.) wrapped up his RIC career appearing in 19 games, starting 15 of them. He was 8-4 with a 4.30 ERA and 79 strikeouts in 98.1 innings pitched.
As a senior in 2021, Shemick was named First Team All-Little East. He appeared in nine games, starting seven of them. He was 4-2 with a 2.65 ERA and 46 strikeouts in 51.0 innings pitched.
In 2020, Shemick appeared in one game. He had one strikeout in 0.1 innings.
As a junior in 2019, Shemick appeared in nine games, starting eight of them. He was 4-2 with a 6.13 ERA and 32 strikeouts in 47.0 innings. As a hitter, he played in three games. Shemick batted .500 (1-for-2) with one run scored, one hit and two RBI. He owned a .500 slugging percentage, .333 on-base percentage and 1.000 fielding percentage.
Prior to coming to RIC, Shemick played at Plymouth State and Southern New Hampshire.
He is a finance major and a 2015 graduate of La Salle Academy.
Senior second baseman
Nate Vigeant (Coventry, R.I.) wrapped up his career playing in 151 games, starting all of them. He batted .317 (183-for-578) with 183 hits, 120 runs scored, 36 doubles, one triple, five home runs, 91 RBI and 15 stolen bases. He owned a .408 slugging percentage, a .397 on-base percentage and a .960 fielding percentage.
As a senior in 2021, Vigeant played in 34 games, starting all of them. He batted .252 (32-for-127) with 22 runs scored, 32 hits, eight doubles, one home run, 28 RBI and three stolen bases. He owned a .339 slugging percentage, .345 on-base percentage and a .959 fielding percentage.
In 2020, Vigeant played in eight games, staring all of them. He batted .333 (11-for-33) with eight runs scored, 11 hits, two doubles, five RBI and one stolen base. Vigeant owned a .394 slugging percentage, a .421 on-base percentage and a 1.000 fielding percentage.
As a junior in 2019, Vigeant was named Second Team All-New England by the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA)/Rawlings. He was also named Second Team All-New England by D3Baseball.com and the New England Intercollegiate Baseball Association (NEIBA). Vigeant was a Second Team All-Little East selection.
He played in 42 games, starting all of them. He batted .374 (64-for-171) with 47 runs scored, 64 hits, 13 doubles, one triple, two home runs, 28 RBI and three stolen. Vigeant owned a .497 slugging percentage, .447 on-base percentage and .969 fielding percentage.
As a sophomore in 2018, Vigeant played in 33 games, starting all of them. He batted .375 (45-for-120) with 26 runs scored, 45 hits, 11 doubles, two home runs, 19 RBI and one stolen base. Vigeant owned a .517 slugging percentage, a .445 on-base percentage and a .953 fielding percentage.
As a freshman in 2017, played in 34 games, starting all of them. He batted .244 (31-for-127) with 31 hits, 17 runs scored, two doubles, 11 RBI and seven stolen bases. He owned a .260 slugging percentage, a .329 on-base percentage and a .949 fielding percentage.
He is a psychology major and a 2016 graduate of St. Raphael Academy.
Senior third baseman
Ray Zincone (West Warwick, R.I.) wrapped up his career playing in 106 games, starting 103 of them. He batted .341 (121-for-355) with 99 runs scored, 121 hits, 31 doubles, one triple, one home run, 74 RBI and nine stolen bases. He owned a .442 slugging percentage, a .474 on-base percentage and a .881 fielding percentage.
As a senior in 2021, Zincone was named Third Team All-Little East and team MVP. Zincone played in 34 games, staring all of them. He batted .363 batting (41-for-113) with 38 runs scored, 41 hits, 14 doubles, one triple, 29 RBI, 27 walks and three stolen bases. Zincone owned a .504 slugging percentage, .516 on-base percentage and a .894 fielding percentage.
In 2020, Zincone played in eight games, starting all of them. He batted .346 (9-for-26) with five runs scored, nine hits, one double, five RBI and one stolen base. Zincone owned a .385 slugging percentage, a.486 on-base percentage, and a .882 fielding percentage.

As a sophomore in 2018, Zincone played in 33 games, starting 30 of them. He batted .283 (32-for-113) with 28 runs scored, 32 hits, five doubles, one home run, 19 RBI and three stolen bases. He owned a .354 slugging percentage, a .407 on-base percentage and a. 867 fielding percentage.
Prior to coming to RIC, Zincone played at UMass Boston.
He is a health science major and a 2015 graduate of West Warwick High School.

Nick D'Ambra (Coventry, R.I.) was named Third Team All-Little East. He played in 34 games, starting all of them. D'Ambra batted .272 batting (34-for-125) with 33 runs scored, 34 hits, four doubles, four triples, two home runs, 18 RBI and six stolen bases. He owned a .416 slugging percentage, .401 on-base percentage and a .946 fielding percentage.
