Jamestown, R.I.—The second annual Anchorwomen Golf Tournament was held at Jamestown Golf Course on Friday afternoon.
It was a sellout crowd for the second consecutive year. The competitors and staff enjoyed beautiful weather, great golf, super food and comradery. The event, which took place in Jamestown, the island by the sea, provided a picturesque location on this Fourth of July weekend.
Following the tournament, the awards were presented by Director of Athletics
Donald E. Tencher, who was quick to thank Associate Athletic Director
Jo-Ann D'Alessandro and Assistant Administrative Officer
Carol Peck, as well as volunteers
Bill Peck,
G. Gail Davis '60 and Head Men's Soccer Coach
Kyle Froberg, for all of their efforts in making the event a great success.
