Castleton, Vt.--Sophomore outside hitter Rhiannon Hodovanec (Feeding Hills, Mass.) led RIC with eight kills and 13 digs as the Anchorwomen lost, 3-0, vs. Fisher at a tri-match hosted by Castleton on Friday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• The Anchorwomen came into the second match of the day fresh off a five-set win vs. Castleton.
 
• The Falcons capitalized on a fatigued RIC roster by taking all three sets (25-14, 25-17, 25-22).
 
• Senior middle hitter Angelly Polanco (Providence, R.I.) equaled Hodovanec's offensive output with eight kills of her own. Senior outside hitter Janelly Polanco (Providence, R.I.) registered 11 digs.
 
• The sophomore setter tandem of Natalie Reid (North Attleboro, Mass.) and Sydney Green (West Warwick, R.I.) combined for 23 assists with 14 and nine, respectively.
 
• Fisher senior outside hitter Macy Barnes (Duarte, Calif.) posted a match-best 10 kills and 17 digs. Sophomore setter Paola Velazquez (Caguas, Puerto Rico) handed out 32 assists.
