Alison Silva (Brockton, Mass.) tied her career-high score on beam as the Rhode Island College women's gymnastics team was defeated by SUNY Cortland, 186.625-185.375, in National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) action held at The Murray Center on Sunday afternoon.

• At the conclusion of the match, RIC honored its three graduating seniors:
Kelsey Gates (Orangeville, Pa.),
Victoria Schlawiedt (Jensen Beach, Fla.) and
Sydney Talabac (Cranston, R.I.) as part of Senior Day.
