Daniel Trzepacz (Mont Vernon, N.H.) smashed a homer as the Rhode Island College baseball team fell, 10-4, vs. Adrian at the Snowbird Classic on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Adrian and RIC both struck for a pair of runs in the first. Trzepacz belted a two-run blast to tie the game.

• RIC tagged on another run in the second inning after a passed ball scored freshman designated hitter
Daniel Cascio (East Hampton, Conn.) from third base, which gave RIC the lead, 3-2.

• The Bulldogs scored eight runs in four innings, manufacturing runs from base hits, errors and the long ball. They led by seven,10-3, after their half of the sixth.
