Worcester, Mass.—Sophomore Shamus Culhane (North Kingstown, R.I.) earned All-NEICAAA honors with a seventh place finish in the hammer (53.53m) as the Rhode Island College men's track and field team competed at the 2024 NEICAAA Championship, hosted by Holy Cross on Friday,

• Sophomore Brandon Mota (West Warwick, R.I.) finished 11th in the hammer (51.29m).

In upcoming action, Rhode Island College will compete in the 4x100m and the 3,000m steeplechase events during the second day of competition at the NEICAAA Championship on Saturday, May 11 (11 a.m.).
