Karen Johnson-Hoffman (Groton, Conn.) was named Second Team All-New England by the New England Women's Intercollegiate Soccer Association (NEWISA) for her performance during the 2025 season.
She was the Little East Conference's lone representative on the Second Team, while five LEC student-athletes were tabbed to the Third Team.
Johnson-Hoffman was named Second Team All-Region I by the United Soccer Coaches, the Little East Defensive Player of the Year and First Team All-Little East. Johnson-Hoffman was a First Team All-Little East honoree as a junior and a Second Team All-LEC selection as a sophomore. She played in 17 games, starting all of them. Johnson-Hoffman had two goals for four points. She scored both goals in a 4-0 win at Curry on Sept. 10.

Phil Pincince's team finished the 2025 season with a 9-7-1 overall record and a 4-3-1 (fourth place tie) in the Little East.
The No. 5-seeded Anchorwomen lost, 4-1, at No. 4-seeded Western Connecticut in the first round of the 2025 Little East Championship on Nov. 1.
