• The opening 13 minutes saw a stalemate between both teams as the score was knotted up, 18-18, before the visitors opened up a lead which led them into the half ahead by seven, 34-27.

• Eastern missed just one shot in the opening five minutes of the second half as their lead grew to 11, 48-37, with 14 minutes to play.
