Myrtle Beach, S.C.--Freshman Tyler Boudreau (Warwick, R.I.) finished 13th in the 3,000m steeplechase (10:16.68; personal best) as the Rhode Island College men's track and field team wrapped up competition at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational held at Myrtle Beach High School on Saturday.
 
THE BASICS
• The Anchormen tied for 25th (31 teams) with a team score of 6.0. UConn won the meet with a score of 133.0.
 
THE TOP PERFORMERS
• Sophomore Jack McEntee (Foster, R.I.) finished sixth in the 400m hurdles (55.15; personal best), 12th in the 4x400m relay (3:25.39) and 13th in the 4x100m relay (42.66).

• Freshman Marcos Ruiz Uben (Westerly, R.I.) finished eighth in the 400m hurdles (55.43; personal best) and 12th in the 4x400m relay (3:25.39).

• Senior Loudon Chupas (Colchester, Conn.) finished fourth in the high jump (1.88m).
 
• Junior Andrew Frezza (Johnston, R.I.) finished 10th in the 3,000m (9:07.01).
 
• Sophomore Owen Schenck (Warren, R.I.) finished 11th in the mile (4:30.52).
 
• Sophomore Brody Shiels (Wakefield, R.I.) finished 12th in the 4x400m relay (3:25.39).
 
• Freshman Maycol Reynoso (Providence, R.I.) finished 12th in the 4x400m relay (3:25.39), 13th in the 4x100m relay (42.66) and 45th in the 200m (22.60).
