Bristol, R.I.-- Sophomore first baseman Jillian Guilfoyle (Derby, Conn.) went 3-for-3 with a trio of singles as Rhode Island College dropped game two of a twinbill vs. Roger Williams, 5-2, at Paolino Field on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• The Anchorwomen instantly felt the heat as a three-run Hawk blast in the first inning put them ahead, 3-0.
 
• RIC responded with a two-run jack in the next half-inning by freshman designated player Lily Bell (Coventry, R.I.) to climb within a run, 3-2.
 
• The hosts took the lead for good with a two-run homer in the fifth stanza and notched an insurance marker in the sixth to seal the sweep.
 
• Bell went 1-for-3 with the two-run home run and senior center fielder Sophia Crudale (Cranston, R.I.) went 1-for-4.

• Junior pitcher Ashleigh von der Linden (Stratham, N.H.) took the loss (2-2).
