Providence, R.I.—Rhode Island College junior guard Abby Wager (Mansfield, Mass.) was named the Little East Women's Basketball Player of the Week for her performance in a 3-1 week for the Anchorwomen.

Wager played in four games, starting all of them. She averaged 19.0 ppg, 8.0 rpg, 2.3 apg, 2.3 bpg and 2.3 spg.

She had 28 points, three rebounds and seven steals in a 77-66 loss at Brandeis on Nov. 13. Wager posted 18 points, nine boards, three assists and a pair of blocks in an 82-70 win over The College of New Jersey on Nov. 15. She racked up 18 points, 15 rebounds, four assists and six blocks in a 75-62 win over Johnson and Wales on Nov. 16.

Head Coach Jenna Cosgrove's team is 3-1 on the season.

In upcoming action, Rhode Island College will host MIT on Saturday, Nov. 22 (1 p.m.).
