Providence, R.I.—Rhode Island College junior forward Caitlyn Terceiro (Warren, R.I.), senior back Yassin Joof (Johnston, R.I.) and senior goalkeeper Nicole Nunes (Smithfield, R.I.) were recognized by the Little East for their respective performances in a 2-0 week for the Anchorwomen.
 
Terceiro was named the Little East Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week. She scored the game-winning goal in a pair of, 1-0, wins for the club. Terceiro scored in the 28^th minute to lift RIC past Curry on Sept. 9. She capitalized on a free kick in the 85^th minute to lead the Anchorwomen to their first Little East win of the season vs. Plymouth State on Sept. 12.
 
For the season, Terceiro has played in four games, starting all of them. She has five goals and one assist for 11 points.
 
Joof was named the Little East's Defensive Player of the Week for the second straight week. She helped the Anchorwomen limit the Colonels to four shots on net and the Panthers to just five during the week.

Nunes was named the Little East Women's Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week. She went 2-0 with a 0.00 goals-against average, nine saves and a 1.000 save percentage in 180:00 of action. Nunes stopped four in the win over Curry and five, which included an outstanding, game-saving stop late in the contest, in the victory over Plymouth State.
 
For the season, she has played in four games, starting all of them. She is 4-0 with two shutouts, a 0.25 goals-against average, 16 saves and a .941 save percentage in 360:00 of action.
 
Head Coach Phil Pincince's team is 4-0 overall and 1-0 in the Little East.
