Providence, R.I--Rhode Island College freshman Naibel Noriega (Providence, R.I.), freshman Aaliyah Barbour-Chamble (Providence, R.I.), sophomore Quiana Pezza (Cranston, R.I.) and sophomore Bendu Kamara (Pawtucket, R.I.) were named the Little East Women's Track Relay Team of the Week for their performance in the 4x400m relay at Boston University's David Hemery Valentine Invitational on February 14.
The quartet finished 27th in the 4x400m relay (4:03.85;Â team season best). It was an individual meet with mostly Div. I competition.
In upcoming action, Rhode Island College will compete at the 2026 Little East Women's Indoor Track and Field Championship, hosted by Plymouth State on Saturday, Feb. 21.
